How I Start My Day rather I would say reading others views on how dy start their day....

Today morning I wake up around 5:45 A.M.. :P gud for me n shocking..but a true saying u cant fight or control nature’s happening. Same case wid me it was nature’s call.(Hope many understood) :P..

5:45 in d morning I was in deep sleep but u if its nature’s call u have to open ur eyes…So after that stuff  it was around 6 AM.. Now what to do all were sleeping n I ‘am awake?? So just went out in my balcony felt d morning fresh air n very nice cloudy weather..Finally decided to go for walk..Dressed up quickly n went fr walk…While walking I was feeling fresh, happy n energetic .. Came back home Mum was shocked …Otherwise it’s been 2 weeks every time I delayed to rise early in mornings.

Just waking up 1 hour before I left my home for the office..All  days were boring, restless, less energetic. Today it was something different… maybe it was holiday today…Anyway but I felt gud..

It’s been two to three weeks I’m reading Sunday Times by Times of India ..Sunday’s newspaper  a supplement paper comes wid the name TIMES LIFE… In that one column u will find article name starting with How I start My day… In that article u find interviews of celebs, biggy personality n so on.. When I pick that newspaper it was Deepak chopra’s  views on how he start his day… Though he use wake around 4 in d morning n plan his day, do yoga, spend time wid family..Moring tea or coffee n may things..n d most important thing Thanks God fr giving wonderful day..We generally miss to Thank God for giving us another wonderful day.. We just worry that its Monday ,Tuesday etc… Same routine work-office, school ,college or whatever… It’s up to us how we should make each day different  or same boring day….This thing I realize today…I have to plan and execute things in different ways..N the best way for these things r mornings, because mornings are the most productive hours of the day…..  

It is essential to begin evry day with gratitude. The essence of how to bring happiness to ur life is to rise early in the morning , and say ‘thank you’. Offer urs prayers, meditate, and practice something that connects u with the Creator. These aren’t just simple acts, but ways to awaken your soul. Remember, that’s wht u need every morning , to awaken your soul, not just the body

I know waking up early is difficult , but try to wake early one day do something different ,njoy morning ,next day u will automatically will rise early…Though it takes 30 to 40 days to follow this routine ..but giving a try would be gud..


Hope I also maintain this routine in my Life J
